This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "....to issue writ, order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of 'Mandamus' declaring the action of the 6th respondent in not passing the award in respect of case No 86/2018 pending on its file as unjust and without any basis and consequently direct the 6th respondent to pass award in terms of the award of the Special Collector/Land Acquisition Officer and direct the respondents to pay land acquisition compensation to the petitioner accordingly as per the Law immediately...." It is brought to the notice of this Court that Case No.86 of 2018 is pending before respondent No.6, the authority constituted under Section 51 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. As Case No.

86 of 2012 is pending in terms of Section 64 of the above said Act, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to move a petition for advancement of the case before respondent No.6, who in turn shall dispose of the same in accordance with law expeditiously as the acquisition is of the year 2016.
