ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in interfering with the plots of the petitioners situated in an approved layout as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, Sri G.Seshadri, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, on instructions, submitted that latter has not been interfering with the individual plot owners and that it is only insisting on the developer to handover the open spaces and the land earmarked for roads to it.
This submission of the learned Standing Counsel is placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.44355 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
