This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance with the order, dated 27.04.2017, in W.P.No.15535 of 2017. 2.

Now, a counter-affidavit is filed stating that the bills for payment of compensation with regard to land involved was already sent to Pay and Accounts Officer, Eluru, vide Bill No.2, dated 17.03.2017. The petitioner filed the above Writ Petition after sending the bills only and this Court passed order in the Writ Petition on 27.04.2017. In view of the same, the order has become infructuous, and it could not be implemented. 3.

In view of the above situation, the Contempt Case cannot be continued and is accordingly, closed.
