THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CCCA No.84 of 1996 JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for appellants filed a Memo dt.26.08.2015 stating that despite his best efforts, he could not contact the parties to get instructions and hence he is reporting for want of instructions in the above appeal.

The appellants are not present in Court. It is an old case pertaining to the year 1996 and the matter is coming up for taking steps against R.1 and R.2 since they are reported died. In these circumstances, this Appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
