HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.31835 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the issuance of tender notice dated 23.07.2012 by the 2nd respondent relating to operation and management of Amberpet Modern Slaughter House, New Bhoiguda Modern Slaughter House, Gowlipura Modern Slaughter House, Ramantpura Modern Slaughter House and Rendering Plant at Chengicherla in Hyderabad.

The tender notice was issued for inviting request for proposal for Operation and Management of Modern Slaughter Houses at Hyderabad for a period of three years. No interim order was granted by this Court at the time of issuing notice on admission. Since the said period already expired, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
