When these matters are taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners so also the learned Standing Counsel for the Employees' State Insurance Corporation, Sri B.G.Ravindra Reddy, that the issue in the present Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the common order, dated 06.10.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.6363 of 2009 & batch, as confirmed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.207 of 2016 on 16.03.2016.

Following the above said order these Writ Petitions are dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
