Vommi Tarun Ganesh, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14533 of 2015 ORDER:
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in harassing the petitioner by calling him to police station from 22.04.2015 till date morning to evening without any complaint in collusion with respondents 4 and 5 as illegal and arbitrary.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent is harassing the petitioner by calling him to the police station. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that no case is registered against the petitioner so far, but a confessional statement said to have been given by a co-accused was recorded.
Since no case is registered against the petitioner, he cannot be called to the police station.
Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent not to call the petitioner to the police station except in accordance with law.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________ K.C.BHANU, J Date: 14.05.2015 Note: Issue C.C. in one week.
