No steps have been taken to bring the legal representatives of the sole respondent - decree holder on record. Learned counsel would submit that the death of sole respondent took place in the year 2014.

Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as abated.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision, stand closed.
