THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS CONTEMPT CASE No. 1357 OF 2015 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) The contemnors both are present in the Court today, pursuant to the notice issued in Form-I on 21.08.2015.

It is now represented that the order, which gave rise to the initiation of this contempt of Court action, has since been complied with. Both the officers regret sincerely for the delay that has occasioned in complying with the Court order. The explanation offered is accepted.

The Contempt Case is therefore, dismissed. The rule stands discharged. The further presence of the officers is dispensed with. The order passed by this Court on 28.09.2015 is recalled.
