This appeal is filed by the appellant under Section 378 (4) of Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment dated 04.10.2005 passed in C.C.No.518 of 1996 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, wherein whereby the accused No.3 was found not guilty for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and consequently acquitted. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he is not pressing the appeal. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as not pressed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
