We are of the view that the petitioner has an alternative remedy before the Land Grabbing Court. Section 8 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982 is very comprehensive to take care of all problems. The writ petition is accordingly closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Land Grabbing Court, if so advised. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
