After arguing the matter for considerable length of time, Sri M.A.K.Mukheed does not press the writ prayer and submits that the petitioners would work out remedies by filing a suit before competent Court.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed by granting liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not considered merits or expressed any view on the case canvassed by the petitioners. No order as to costs.
