ORDER:

Heard Sri P.Gangarami Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Sri D.Prakash Reddy learned Senior Counsel appearing for Sri K.S.Murtyh for Respondents 2 and 4. The subject matter of Writ Petition is agreement of salecum-General Power of Attorney dated 13.12.2006 executed by second respondent in favour of third respondent. I have perused the material available on record. At the time of hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioners requested the Court to permit the petitioners to avail remedies available against the subject document within the four corners of law in a proper instituted suit or proceedings as issue involves disputed questions of fact.

Having regard to the above submission, Writ Petition is dismissed by giving liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any view on the merits pleaded for by the petitioners or respondents 2 and 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
