THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.4841 of 2018 Order:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 to 5 in refusing to conduct survey of land situated in Survey Nos.45 and 73 of Pakabanda village, Khammam Town and District. When this Court asked the learned counsel to show the application for conducting the survey, he stated that oral requests are made for conducting the survey. If the petitioner wants the respondents 3 to 5 to conduct a survey of any land, he should make a proper application and pay the necessary fee in accordance with law for conducting such survey and this Writ Petition cannot be entertained on the basis of oral requests alleged to have been made by the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to make a written request and pay necessary fee for conducting survey. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
