The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that E.P.No.13 of 2018 was disposed of by the Court below and that therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition, which is filed challenging the order passed in the Execution Application in the said E.P.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
