THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA Writ Petition No.10082 OF 2007 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 4th respondent for running a School without obtaining recognition. Learned Government Pleader for Education, on instructions, submits that the 4th respondent has been granted recognition upto the year 2019.

Since the 4th respondent has been granted recognition, the cause in this writ petition does not survive. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
