Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 08.03.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police and Station House Officer, Chittamuru Police Station, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions to the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition read as under:- "It is submitted that there may be a civil dispute between the petitioners and the respondents 3 & 4, which are said to be pending on file of competent civil court in OS No.4/2009 and before the revenue authorities.
However, the contentions of the petitioner that the 2nd respondent has been calling the petitioners to the police station in the above matter and orally instructed not to enter into the lands and allowed the respondents 3 & 4 to cultivate the land, are totally false and baseless. It is reiterated that the 2nd respondent has never called the petitioner to the police station nor instructed not to enter into the lands or allowed the respondents 3 & 4 to cultivate the land, as alleged. Further, the petitioners herein are the accused in Cr.No.23/2014, u/s.447, 352, 188, 506, 427, r/w.34 IPC & Section 156(3) Cr.PC, of 2nd respondent police station registered basing on the complaint of the 3rd respondent herein, wherein charge sheet was filed and presently, the same is pending trial vide CC.No.
188/2014 on the file of the Hon'ble JFCM Court, Kota.
baseless allegations in the affidavit against the 2nd respondent herein, which are hereby specifically denied." 3.
On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to place the said instructions on record and dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 08.03.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police and Station House Officer, Chittamuru Police Station, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
