This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.22 of 2011 on the file of Papannapet Police Station, Pappannapet Mandal, Medak District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, brought to the notice of this Court that entire investigation in this case is completed by the Investigating agency and filed charge sheet before the concerned court, which is numbered as C.C.No.221 of 2012. In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above crime.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition, shall stand dismissed.
