HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4709 OF 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing notice on 05.02.2018 directing the petitioner to appear before him for conducting enquiry for issuance of revenue records in respect of the land in an extent of Ac.1.58 cents in Sy.No.364/A of Holagonda Village and Mandal, Kurnool District on the application filed by 4th respondent.

When the 4th respondent filed an application for issuance of revenue record, it is the duty of the 3rd respondent to issue an appropriate notice to the parties affected and in those circumstances only the impugned notice was issued to the petitioner. This Court does not find anything wrong in issuing such notice. Hence, the writ petition is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed.

In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to submit his objections along with the documents if he so chooses. No costs.
