HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.Nos. 5621, 5622, 5623, 5625, 5627, and 5628 of 2019 COMMON ORDER Challenging the action of the respondents in issuing Circular dated 17.10.2011 restricting the age of the petitioners to refer to the 4th respondent-Medical Board, the present writ petitions are filed. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in view of the latest Circular dated 21.01.2019 issued by the respondents, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed and that the cases of the petitioners be considered in terms of the said Circular.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contends that cases of the petitioners for referring to the Medical Board will be considered in terms of Circular dated 21.01.2019. Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the view that the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed with the issuance of Circular dated 21.01.2019.

In view of the same, all the Writ Petitions are closed. It is needless to state that the respondents shall consider the cases of the petitioners in terms of Circular dated 21.01.2019. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________________ JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI 19th March, 2019 rkk
