THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case NO. 1706 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders dated 11.04.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 11847 of 2016. By the above said order this Court has directed respondent No.2 to consider petitioner's complaints dated 06.01.2016 and 06.02.2016 and take appropriate action in the matter, if warranted, in accordance with law.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 has submitted that in compliance with the directions issued by this Court, they have removed the illegal constructions made by respondent No.5 on 22.09.2016 and as such there is no violation of the order of this Court dated 11.04.2016 and he prayed for dismissal of the Contempt Case. Recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case shall stand dismissed.
