Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed in terms of the order dated 28.08.2015, passed by this Court in WA.No.702 of 2010 and batch. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
