THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.24100 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to take action on the complaints dated 21.08.2014 and 24.03.2016 of the petitioners under Section 29(1)(2) of A.P. Mutually Co-operative Societies Act, 1995.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Co-operation. The only relief sought by the petitioners is to direct the second respondent to dispose of the representations of the petitioners dated 21.08.2014 and 24.03.2016.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for both parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is hereby directed to dispose of the representations of the petitioners dated 21.08.2014 and 24.03.2016 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
