Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

During the course of arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 19.10.2016 to the third respondent and the learned Counsel submits that no action has been taken on the said representation and a request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation within a time frame.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that appropriate orders will be passed on the said representation as per law.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the matter, directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Nellore, Nellore District, third respondent herein, to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 19.10.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with
AVSS,J W.P.No.8953 of 2017 law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
