The petitioner herein is the 2nd petitioner in W.P.No.43547 of 2018. In the present writ petition, he did not disclose the factum of his filing the earlier writ petition i.e., W.P.No.43547 of 2018. A perusal of the prayer in the present writ petition and the prayer in W.P.No.43547 of 2018 would show that they are virtually same and also relate to the same dispute.

As the petitioner had not come to the Court with clean hands, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed on that simple ground alone. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the dismissal of the present writ petition shall not have any bearing on the merits of the matter in W.P.No.43547 of 2018.

No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed.
