HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.5230 OF 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1855 of 2019, dated 01.02.2019, and contended that the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the said order.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent does not dispute the aforesaid submissions.

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 01.02.2019 in W.P.No.1855 of 2019, this writ petition is also disposed of and the impugned order passed by the reviewing authority is accordingly set aside and the matter is remanded back to the reviewing authority to take appropriate decision and impose lesser punishment than that of termination, in accordance with the Regulations of the Corporation, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
