The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not conducting the investigation and not filing the charge sheet as contemplated under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., in respect of Crime No.65 of 2012 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet forthwith in Crime No.65 of 2012, W.P.S., C.I.D., Hyderabad. 2.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that entire investigation is over in Crime No.65 of 2012 of Women Police Station, C.I.D., Hyderabad and charge sheet is also filed. 3.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
