THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK Writ Petition No.17665 of 2014 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-I, appearing for the respondents, has informed the Court that the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner against the interlocutory order dated 23.06.2014 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, at Hyderabad in O.A.No.3325 of 2014, and therefore, contended that the present Writ Petition is not maintainable, and hence the same may be dismissed as 'infructuous'.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the above fact.

In view of above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as 'infructuous'. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
