ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation to the respondents.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation to the respondents against the impugned transfer order. On receipt of such representation, if the petitioner has less than two years of service, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
