On the last date of hearing, this court had requested learned counsel for the petitioner to address this court on the maintainability of the present petition, when the order of which contempt is sought to be initiated was passed on 03.03.2017 i.e., over one year ago. Today, Ms. Sujatha, learned proxy counsel appearing for learned counsel for the petitioner states on instructions that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of her client to seek appropriate legal recourse for implementation of the order dated 03.03.2017.
