This Revision is filed by the petitioners/accused aggrieved by the judgment dated 15-11-2007 in Crl.A.No.67 of 2007 passed by the II Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Adilabad confirming the sentence and order dated 21-06-2007 passed in S.C.No.381 of 2003 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Nirmal. As there is no representation for the petitioners on 20-01-2016, the matter was directed to be posted on 01-02-2016 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also there is no representation for the petitioners at 10.30 am and so also at 2.30 pm, though the matter is posted under the caption "for dismissal".

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Revision shall stand closed.
