When the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the interlocutory orders passed in this writ petition, the case of the petitioner was considered for appointment on compassionate appointment, and therefore, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed, as no further orders are necessary. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
