Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had approached 4th respondent on 11-12-2014 for issuance of pattedar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject land after paying the requisite fee and 4th respondent is not passing any orders thereon even though almost 1 1⁄2 year has elapsed since then. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
