31.07.2023 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2023 This application is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of condition imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.2102 of 2023, dated 10.03.2023, to the extent of reporting before the Station House Officer, Pochampally Police Station, Nalgonda District on every Sunday between 10:30 A.M. and 12:00 P.M., till filing of final report.

It is not disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has been abiding by the condition imposed by this Court.

Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2023 is allowed and the condition to report before the Station House Officer, Pochampally Police Station, Nalgonda District on every Sunday between 10:30 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear for investigation as and when required.
