This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"To issue writ, order or direction more in the one in nature of writ of mandamus declaration the action of the respondents 2 in interfering with the day to day activities of the petitioner in an extent of 736 Sq.yds in Survey No 251/4 of Grama Kantam of Pandalapaka village of Biccavolu Mandal, East Godavari District without recourse to Law as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice consequently directing the respondents not to meddle with the activities of the petitioner in selling and cutting of the goats and all types of hen etc.." 2.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent/Gram Panchayat that the Gram Panchayat is not interfering with the day to day activities of the petitioner herein in respect of the subject property.
