W.P.M.P.No. 50669 of 2014 is filed by the writ petitioners seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition, as by mistake some important aspects have not been mentioned in the writ petition and the provisions of the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976 are not applicable to the property of the petitioners and therefore, they seek liberty to file a fresh writ petition with appropriate reliefs. Accordingly W.P.M.P.No. 50669 of 2014 is

ordered. Liberty is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with other miscellaneous applications, if any pending. No costs.
