THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13191 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and Sri Arifullah, learned counsel for 6th respondent.
2. The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that she had presented a document for registration before the 3rd respondent and that the 3rd respondent is not even receiving the document for the purpose of registration and is not assigning any reason.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will receive the document submitted by petitioner for registration and if he is not inclined to register it, he will pass order under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908 (for short "the Act") and communicate the same to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to receive the document presented by petitioner for the purpose of
registration and consider the same for registration. In case, the 3rd respondent is not inclined to register it, he will pass a reasoned order under Section 71 of the Act within four (04) weeks of the submission of the document for the purpose of registration by petitioner and communicate the said order to petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
