THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A,ABHISHEK REDDY WRIT PETITION No.6582 of 202L ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Teiangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. With their consent, the Writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not providing electrical service connection/ meter in respect of Plot No.203, admeasuring 527 square yards, in Survey No.1007 situated at Kukatpally Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that though the petitioner has submitted an application to the respondents along with necessary documents for providing electricity service connection to the subject plot, the respondents are refusing to receive the same. The learned counsel has also stated that in similar circumstances, this Court has passed orders in W.P.No.10869 of 2O2O, dated 2t.OZ.2O2O.
Sri R. Vinod Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that if the petitioner files an application, afresh, the same would be processed and necessary orders would be passed and the same would be intimated to the petitioner. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to fi1e an application, afresh, for providing electricity service connection to the subject plot within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, the respondents
shall receive and process the same and pass necessary orders thereon in accordance with the prescribed procedure and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shal1 be no order as to costs'
