THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7376 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not registering the crime upon the complaint, dated 20.02.2017.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that pursuant to the complaint lodged on 20.02.2017, a case in Crime No.131 of 2017 was registered on 15.03.2017 and the investigation is under progress. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
