Ramasubramanian) This appeal arises out of a decree of dissolution of marriage granted by the Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubnagar on 3112-2007, on a petition filed by the husband in O.P.No.32 of 2005. It is stated by the learned counsel for the appellant/wife that both parties have decided to live separately and that the wife is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
