After arguing for sometime, before recess, the learned Senior Counsel wanted to have it after recess. Acceding to his request, we took up this matter for hearing after recess. The learned Senior Counsel who was arguing the matter is not found after recess. However, the learned Advocate on record appearing on behalf of the petitioner is present and submits that he wants to withdraw the matter.

Hence, we dismiss this writ petition as being withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
