CVBR,J 22.01.2026 I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 This Court, vide order dated 09.12.2025, allowed I.A. Nos.1 and 2 of 2025, and condoned delay of 242 days and restored the appeal to its file subject to the condition of petitionerappellant paying costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, and filing a copy of the receipt in the Registry within one week from that date.

On 07.01.2026, when the matter was called there was no representation for the petitioner and hence it was directed to be listed on 08.01.2026, under the caption "For Dismissal".

On 08.01.2026, Sri A. Ramakrishna Reddy, learned counsel informed the Court that some of the files from the previous advocate on record, Sri Ramachandra Reddy Gadi, had been transferred to his office and requested time to verify if this specific appeal was among them. In view of the said submission, this Court directed the matter to be listed today under the same caption.
