This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
"To issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not responding to the representation dated 06.04.2017 wherein, she has brought to the notice of the authorities that the 2nd examiner has conveniently not awarded the-marks for three questions in Paper I of Anatomy and two questions in paper II of anatomy, whereby, the Petitioner could not be qualified for promotion to the second year as being arbitrary, illegal and violative of articles 14 and 21of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to reject the valuation of examiners 2 and 3 while confining the marks awarded by the first examiner to enable to Petitioner to get promotion to second year MBBS course in the 4th Respondent Institution in the interest of justice". 2.
Heard Sri Ch.Samson Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Taddi Nageswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents. 3.
When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 6.4.2017 to the respondents and no orders have been passed on the said representation and a necessary direction may be issued to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some time frame.

Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on
the merits and demerits of the matter, directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 6.4.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
