When the matter was called on 03.11.2015, the learned counsel for the writ petitioners sought time and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Orders".

Despite listing the matter under the caption "For Orders" on 17.11.2015, there was no representation for the writ petitioners and hence, the matter was again directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Despite listing the matter today under the caption for "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the writ petitioners. It indicates that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
