HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 4220 OF 2013 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in granting construction permission in Sy.No.129/49/D2, Road No.12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that no construction permission has been granted to anybody in the subject land and that no construction whatsoever is being taken place in the said land.

The petitioner also did not implead the person whose permission was sought to be cancelled.

In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
