The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and order of High Court dated 19-05-2016 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of MS. S PRANATHI Advocate for the Petitioners, and Sri.V.V.Satish, Advocate for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

Post along with C.R.P. No. 3635 of 2015.

Interim stay granted earlier shall continue. But the petitioners shall ensure that the condition imposed by this Court on 19-05-2016, while granting stay not to interfere with the plaint schedule property, shall be strictly adhered to.
