Ms. B.Swapna Reddy, learned counsel, representing Sri B.Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the sole revision petitioner died and that the legal representatives are not interested in prosecuting the CRP and that therefore, the CRP may be dismissed as abated. 2.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
