This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner / Accused No.5 in Cr.No.279 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Jagathgirigutta Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC. At the time of arguments, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet and hence the subject matter of the present Criminal Petition has become infructuous. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
