This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/A.1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.219 of 2014 of Buchireddypalem Police Station, Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 415, 418, 420, 463, 468 and 120-B IPC.
2. Pending the criminal petition, the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant filed Crl.M.P.Nos.8687 and 8688 of 2015 along with affidavits and joint memo stating that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and, therefore, to accord permission to compound the above offences.
3. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they have amicably settled the matter to purchase peace. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant since present with the petitioner/A.1.
4. Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8687 and 8688 of 2015 is allowed. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.219 of 2014
of Buchireddypalem Police Station, Nellore District, are quashed against the petitioner/A.1. The bail bonds of the petitioner/A.1, if any, shall stand cancelled.
5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
