Counsel for both sides state that this matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat held by the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh on 10.06.2015 and the Lok Adalat has passed an award dt.10.06.2015 in the revision. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the Award passed by the Lok Adalat. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
